About Us

Company President

CW4 Brian Stearmer, U.S. Army (Ret.) is an R&D leader and certified remote pilot with extensive experience in sUAS design, flight‑test execution, autopilot development, and sensor integration. Prior to founding Sinjar Tech, he served over two decades in the U.S. military, culminating as a Chief Warrant Officer Four, where he led advanced SIGINT initiatives, multi‑domain sensor deployments, and technical innovation efforts across multiple combatant commands. His background in applied geoscience supported rapid sensor‑data processing, automated analysis, and intelligence fusion for both tactical and strategic missions.

Mr. Stearmer is the inventor or co‑inventor on multiple patents, including a granted communications‑network patent and several UAS‑related patent applications, and has led numerous successful prototype developments and technology demonstrations. Over his career he has been recognized with honors including the Knowlton Award for significant contributions to the Military Intelligence community and the Bronze Star Medal for meritorious service during deployed operations.

Mr. Stearmer co‑founded Sinjar Tech in 2023 to advance next‑generation unmanned systems, Software‑Defined Drone (SD2) architectures, and resilient autonomous sensing capabilities.
